Who would have guessed that four minutes could change everything?

Today should be one of the worst days of seventeen-year-old Hadley Sullivan's life. Having missed her flight, she's stuck at JFK airport and late to her father's second wedding, which is taking place in London and involves a soon-to-be stepmother Hadley's never even met. Then she meets the perfect boy in the airport's cramped waiting area. His name is Oliver, he's British, and he's sitting in her row.

A long night on the plane passes in the blink of an eye, and Hadley and Oliver lose track of each other in the airport chaos upon arrival. Can fate intervene to bring them together once more?

Quirks of timing play out in this romantic and cinematic novel about family connections, second chances, and first loves. Set over a twenty-four-hour period, Hadley and Oliver's story will make you believe that true love finds you when you're least expecting it.

You Should... – Burrow it

Reason for Reading – Cover, Topic

Judge the Cover – This cover is just so cute! It looks like time is passing by but they are frozen in their own little world. It is the perfect fit for this book.

A Little Teaser He looks down at her with his head tilted, his hand still firmly on her arm, and before she has a chance to be nervous before she even fully realizes what’s happening, she hears him mutter “What the hell,” and then, to her surprise, he bends to kiss her.

Review  Such a fun, cute, and romantic book, which I’m sure every romance lover will enjoy. I had a feeling it was going to be a quick read so I have been saving for the right moment. I traveled over spring break, and since this book had something to do with meeting a true love on a plane, well I couldn’t resist.

Have you ever missed your flight? It’s a big pain. My first time missing my flight was when I was traveling alone to visit my aunt. I was ten minutes late. Now I am not claustrophobic but it does suck having to sit at an airport for 3 extra hours until the next flight comes in. It sucks even more when you don’t have any money to do anything. At least Hadley had such a cute gentleman sitting next to her, or I am pretty sure she would have called her mom to take her home.

24 hours and this couple are in love…how is that even possible? And yet, this book somehow makes you believe in the impossible. While this book does have an instant love, it doesn’t feel like an instant love. Jennifer makes it seem like an adventure for us, while you sit there, hoping the couple will somehow come back together.

The characters were fun to read. Hadley was quirky and smart. And while you might think how can you fully understand a character if the book is only 24 hours, well Hadley brings us into different memories from her past. Most of her memories are about how her dad ruined her once happy family. Now he’s getting married to a woman she’s never met, and she doesn’t want to meet. She was kind of in an angry mood until Oliver came into the picture.

Oliver was the perfect gentleman. He was very mysterious at first. Sweet and kind but he really didn’t open up to much on who he is. When Hadley finally finds out more about him, it is intense and yet makes so much sense. Their connection to each other helped me believe in them as a couple.

Great story with wonderful characters, and such a quick read! I was hoping for more but it was good ending and like I said before, you can only hope for the best. If you looking for a sweet, lovable, quick read, look no further.
