  1. My favorite heroine is one who fights and can see the obvious things even when they don't know the answer. They have to keep up their spirit and know and sometimes not.

  2. I have favorite heroines for almost every book.
I just want a tough girl who can stand up alone and has common sense.

  3. Someone who is intelligent, brave and knows how to hold her own. Also someone who has a sense of humor like Meghan from The Iron Fey series.

  4. My favorite heroine HAS to be Hermione Granger. :) She's clever, pretty, and brave. Who wouldn't want to be like her?

  5. Favorite heroine is currently Karou from Daughter of Smoke and Bone. I really loved her. Or maybe Cinder b/c she wasn't badass in the kick-butt sense, but she was still really awesome and likable.

  6. Penryn from Angelfall. She is funny, strong and very likeable :)

  7. Fire from Fire by Kristin Cashore. She is strong, mentally, emotionally, and physically. She is also selfless. She stops herself from having children, because she doesn't want any of her children to be like her father. She killed her own father to release the country of his tyranny and cruelty. She is intelligent, clever, and kind. I'm glad that her story ended well for her, and that she has a man that loves her :)

    Thanks for the giveaway!!!

  8. This was an easy one, but she has very close seconds. For me, Maerad of Alison Croggon's The Books of Pellinor series is by far the best heroine. She is caring, strong, brave, and fiercely loyal to those she loves. She carries the weight of the world on her slender shoulders with grace and humility.

  9. Karou from Daughter of Smoke and Bone for me! She was strong but had her flaws, making me love her twice as much :)

  10. I loved Katsa from Graceling. She was just such a strong character throughout the entire book, and didn't change her opinions for anyone.

  11. My favorite heroine is either Katsa from graceling or, of course, Katniss!

  12. Katniss! LOL how surprising right?

  13. Penryn from Angelfall by Susan Ee!

  14. Eve from JD Robb's In Death series since she is so strong despite her weaknesses. And she always tries to overcome her fears and do her job the best she can.

  15. I love Claire Danvers from the Morganville Vampire series by Rachel Caine for her young age and small size she has big heart and courage to face down rogue vampires and more.

  16. My favourite heroine is Kate Daniels from the Kate Daniels series by Ilona Andrews. She's strong, a bit crazy and sarcastic.

  17. My favourite heroine is Katniss!!! i lover her!! :D
